*Due to a high volume of delegates, lunch will be staggered to support our kitchen and minimize long lunch lines
Lunch + Reducing Waste
A complimentary lunch will be served, featuring halal and vegetarian options. To help reduce waste, please take only what you can eat and feel free to return for seconds if needed. We aim to minimize the waste generated by our conference and hope to produce only compostable materials, which will be processed in our new industrial composter. Our goal is to limit the use of plastic, cans, and landfill waste. Please remember to bring your own refillable water bottle, as water stations will be available for refills.

Position Papers + Technology
Every delegate is expected to submit one position paper for each topic, as only those who do so will be eligible for awards. Position papers may be submitted as hard copies on the morning of the conference, so please ensure delegates bring two copies: one for the chair and one for their own reference. While AI can be a useful tool for research and editing, we strongly encourage delegates to ensure that their position papers reflect their own work. Any delegates with position papers found to be written by AI will be ineligible for awards. Additionally, please be advised that phones are not permitted during sessions whatsoever; laptops, however, may be utilized during unmoderated caucuses only. Delegates will make no use of technology during moderated caucuses.

Dress Code
Western business attire is the expected standard for apparel. However, delegates in specialized committees may (and are encouraged to) accessorize according to their position.
